Works good
Works as described. I really like that there is a temperature dial and digital display. The temp seems to bounce around a lot but it's close enough. Also it is easy to get almost all the wax out through the spout. Not much is left behind so clean up is easy. Also I have not had any clogs. The size is great I can put more than a 5 lb bag of wax inside, and it saves space being that it's tall not wide. Happy with this purchase

Love My Candle Melter So Much!
I researched & read many Reviews for Candle Melters in several different manufacturers & price ranges for about 3 months before purchasing this one at a time when it did not have a single Review. Took a chance with a Product that's new on the market & I think it paid off with a Candle Melter that has none of the problems that I kept seeing in Reviews of several different makes - same problems but different manufacturers. The 1st Melter, unfortunately appeared to have a loose wire (my best guess), contacted Company & a New one was sent out immediatly - no problem & I received about 5 days later & have been using, a lot, with 0 problems! Would Recommend for anyone that wants a Reliable Candle Melter that Streamlines Candle Making Process - I can make a few dozen 17oz, 3-wick, Scented/Colored Soy Wax Container Candles in the same day if needed. I would definitely buy again!

It's junk It doesn't keep the temperature. Where it's supposed to be, it's always going up or going down temperature wise. Um, it, it's just ridiculous. I will never order another one. Please don't order one, especially the Amazon's and Xcfundy wax melter is junk and there's no phone number to get ahold of the company which is part of the third party. I'm telling you, people do not buy from these 2 companies. I beg of you never ever to shop. Amazon and the other wax melting company, but I blame the waxing, accompanied for anything, all the things rather And Amazon, just for being stupid and not being able to help out for handicap and no wounded veterans. But about your screwing around, but your customersThanks for nothing, Amazon and XCF UN DY

If you want to make candles and don't have the space, this will do the job at a bargain!
Let's look at what this thing really is...it's a crucible for wax. The onboard microcontroller is already programmed with the required temperatures to get natural waxes (beeswax and soy wax) to the liquid phase. It ramps up a little higher than 100 Celsius to get the wax melted faster without oxidizing it, then reduces heat to something reasonable to keep the wax nice and liquid. If you're using it for body waxing, the thermostat is adjustable.I got this particular model for 3 reasons:1) Small size. Doing this occasionally, I don't need it out all the time, so the small size makes it easy to store.2) Easy cleaning. Just remember...don't use metal in the crucible (it'll damage the nonstick finish), and when the wax solidifies, it just pops right out.3) Great price. Normally a self-contained wax melter for candle crafts can run $100 or more, and less expensive approaches are messy. This hits the happy medium.

Heats from the bottom like a hot plate
Meh. Hold a lot of wax and the spigot is heated but that's it. The heating element is almost impossible to control and get a nice gradual heat. I think you can find a better value somewhere else
