I originally was getting from Walmart, but they stopped caring it, but I need these. They have been the only thing to qwell the aweful night sweats. I've alsonfound they help with thermo-regulation during the day too. I would highly recommend for anyone going through peri or straight menopause!!!

I have been taking these for a couple of months now, and they definitely do cut down on night sweats. I still experience them occasionally, but it is much better and I can sleep through the night. I've taken other products that worked so well I could wear flannel pj's in the winter. Unfortunately you must build up a resistance to natural supplements because within 6 months all my symptoms returned. Twice! So frustrating. So although these may not completely stop night sweats for me, they're still a lifesaver. I'll take what I can get.

Works good for hot flashes takes about a week to really kick in

So far these are making a difference, but it did take time to be effective. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, so no horse pills here. No fear because they don’t seem to have a smell and don’t leave any weird supplement taste behind. This is always a bonus for me. As far as value for money spent? Well I am feeling a difference in the intensity of my hot flashes, and I believe my mood has improved so I cannot fault it being ineffective, after some research I found that there are similarly targeted supplements in the same price range that include not only the ingredients in this, but other menopause fighting ingredients as well and in similar or higher doses. This agrees with me so i’m sticking with it, but I probably should have tried a few others first.

This is the only supplement that has stopped my night sweats. I swear by this stuff and recommend it to all my peri friends.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was excited to try this product to help relieve my hot flashes. I used this product for a month and noticed no change. I have since moved on to another product and will not buy this again.
