I got this to replace a dripping faucet on our RO drinking water system. I can’t speak to longevity as it’s only been in use a few weeks. It is an attractive faucet as it matches the style of our main kitchen faucet. It was relatively easy to install and has multiple options to attach the water supply. The lever moves smoothly and the whole faucet seems to be decent quality. One word of warning, don’t lose the nut that screws on the stem to tighten to the counter. I accidentally dropped it in a dead space between two cabinets. I went to Ace but this nut is neither SAE nor metric. 10mm too small, 12mm too big. 7/16 fine thread is close but no go, 1/2 is too big. After trying several methods and over an hour of attempts, we finally retrieved the nut by taping a flexible hose to the vacuum cleaner and using a small mirror to finally get the hose in position where it could get sucked up and retrieved. LMAO. Dropping this unique nut was totally my fault so I’m still giving a 5 star rating.

Overall, surprisingly liking this product since my ispring one started leaking. Handle is very very smooth. The head moves with a very even resistance, feels very solid and well made. (Dumb i know), but the water just flows nicely from it, great angles. Overall, easy to install and and a great value. Handle/head have superb performance. And the design of brushed nickel fits very nicely with my sink faucet. Was kinda surprised, wayyyyy better than the ones that come with RO systems in the box.

I pretty rarely write reviews but I was so happy with this faucet, I needed to share. This faucet is nicely packaged with different pieces separately packaged in a way that made sense. The instructions are easy to follow and I really liked the black locating washer that kept the faucet centered while I tightened it down. I also noticed that the water comes out quiet but still at a good flow which gives it a nice night quality feel that you would expect from a much more expensive faucet. As a DIYer or just a regular consumer, this faucet is great!

We recently had a reverse osmosis water tank installed b/c our tap water is undrinkable. Our faucet is traditional and the modern tap that was included would have looked terrible. This faucet is perfect - it complements the style of our faucet without looking out of place. It works perfectly too and was easy to install. Would have gotten a five star rating but the box came crushed (didn't effect the product) - this could have been Amazon's fault!

Installed to provide a dedicated tap for spring water. Screwed into the vacant soap dispenser hole without complications. 1/4 turn on and off without any drips, spout moves side to side easily. Nice brushed finish matched my existing faucet.

Great product. I like how it came with both size quick adapters. I used the larger one and it did not leak. Of note, if you are like my wife and I and have a sink that is technically too big for the cabinet width- you might also appreciate the fact they include a true metal nut for the RO faucet. I know I did.

Worked well when plumber installed it. I like how the faucet moves side to side. Nice looking!
