I used it maybe 3 or 4 times before the unlock mechanism (Not the switch) quit working at 4 months. It's supposed to be replaced if it stops working before 6 months but good luck getting ahold of any customer service.The seller has contacted me and is sending another latch, so I've upped my ratings

Replaced the actuator in my CRV. Took about 2 hours for me to replace in my driveway - I’m not particularly handy but YouTube vids help a lot. Saved a couple of hundred dollars instead of going to the mechanic. Great!

My daughter picked up a 2007 Honda CR-V for her first car. Unfortunately, the door lock actuator on her rear passenger door quit working. THEN the actuator on her FRONT passenger door gave up the ghost. Well come to find out, there was a factory recall on these but it's long-since expired. So I picked up this bad boy, watched some internet "how-to" videos, installed the actuator, and Bob's your uncle!! Works wicked good!!
