It did have ginger flavor, but it is way too salty for a snack. I was hoping it would be similar to some preserved ginger I got in Hong Kong, but it isn't close. I will try to use it in cooking ... for the Cost, I hope I can find some way to use it!

Sent to my cousin & she said it was tasty & she finished very quickly. Not a lot of quantity but worth every bite!
