My husband is a triathlete and uses these to replace what he loses during intense workouts and competitions. He’s not a big fan of the citrus flavors but that’s just a personal preference. These help him to limit cramping and keep his electrolytes up.

Do not buy..... move along
Tastes horrible. Not even in an emergency could I eat these without vomiting. We tried the watermelon and it tasted like garlic/onions. Would not recommend :(
