I very leave a review for anything. I've got better things to do. Buy and use. However, I bought these with hopeful scepticism. I was going to wait until I'd finished the 15 day cycle. Almost 1 week in and I can notice the stubborn hard to move belly/hip flab has started going. I am a very active person and eat the right food apart from the weekend when I treat myself but found the waist line hard to strip back. These 100% work. What to expect. Take before bed, and once your up in the morning you'll be needing the toilet. For me usually after about 15 minutes of being active. I wouldn't go too far from a toilet until you've been a couple of times. Slight stomach cramps for the first couple of days until you've been to the toilet and this settles but keeps you regular. I have IBS and when I find it hard to go that aggravates my haemorrhoids. These capsules have made me be able to go with ease which is helping with the latter too. This is my honest review. Too much B/S from companies to sell their products and I've tried few. These are a fraction of the price of stuff I've tried too. Worth a punt. Good luck 👍

Does not work! Made me bloated! have used other brands that are cheaper and more effective. I have ordered this from a different manufacture and checked before ordering that the ingredients are the same, which the label says they are - the effect is 100% and half price . However in order to get the same amount of each ingredient you have to take two tablets from this supplier which makes it much more expensive. Additionally although I am doing this it is not having the same effect. Very disappointed.

These were amazing for me as I usually struggle with bowl movement they gave me a good clear out. Definitely recommend if you struggle with the same thing, I will be ordering them again.

Didn’t work as expected: This product came highly recommended by a friend who had great results, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. They did help move things along slightly after a few days, but it didn’t provide the “rapid cleanse” or detox I was hoping for.

Started taking these last night and can already see a change in my body, toilet use alone is like something I have never seen or experienced. Product definitely works
