Jump start works excellent. Very well made with heavy duty materials. Solid and heavy unit. Very powerful and starts heavy duty trucks with ease. Jumper cable are heavy duty gauge wire with strong clamps on the end for solid connections. The battery holds a charge well. Unit is very easy to use. Compatible with gas and diesel engines. Great overall value for a well made jump starter.

I purchase one of these about 10 years ago and it was great. Held a charge and lasted me 7 years. I purchased this one as a replacement and it was junk. Wouldn't hold a charge more than a few weeks and finally wouldn't charge at at all.

The u it would not charge right out of the box.it looked as if it was used somewhat.i tried several times to cl8harge it.No change it would not hold a charge.I tried to return it and it said no returns .I contacted amazon for assistance so amazon sent a request to the seller and the seller said they would give a return but never did within the 48 hour period.I then contacted amazon to create a a-z return and amazon refunded me the purchase price .amazon in my opinion has completly fixed this issue.

I received this product late to begin with. I charged the item to use it but it only holds the charge for one time use. I had to re-charge the charger to use it again every time. I reached out to the vendor to ask what the issue could be but they never replied back to me. I kept sending the message but I did not hear anything back from them. They wont take it back even though it was defective. All I wanted was to figure out the issue but they wont respond. Lost my money.
