This ring is great quality, sturdy but also fairly easy to bend to fit whichever finger you want to wear it on and I love that there are several ways to play/fidgit with this ring. I move the beads around but also roll the ring up and down my finger. I was a little worried as I have eczema and am prone to skin reactions and being very sensitive to jewelry, soaps, etc. I've worn this ring now for more than 24hrs straight with no issues and it has helped me avoid picking my skin on several occasions. I will be purchasing a couple more with different secret messages, which I love all the options available as well! I don't know if this is an option yet but creating a custom message would be an amazing option as well. Thanks for a great and helpful product!!!

Purchased as a gift for a friend. I think she will like it. I got her "F*ck Off" bc that's what anxiety needs to do. Just go away and leave people in peace. If anyone reading this has anxiety I'm sorry you do and I hope you feel better. It's really hard to deal with. You're doing great! To anyone thinking of purchasing this ring I recommend it. It's light weight, adjustable by design, and the beads move freely and smoothly. The stainless steel feels cool on the skin. I enjoy the cool feel. It came in a really cute clear plastic gift box. The Amazon sticker was on the bottom covering the ring's message but I removed it with minimal effort. Upon opening I saw it came with a free thank you gift! What a nice touch! It was a bonus anxiety ring with several round beads! (I included a photo). I gave this to my husband and he's been wearing it. This morning he told me "you know what's cool about this ring? I can fidget with the beads as much as I want but eventually they all move back to the top of my finger where they're supposed to be on their own!" I thought that was neat. The Morse code ring has round and tube beads to spell out each letter of the chosen message and it looked and felt really good. I tried it on briefly for review purposes. I loved it and will probably purchase one for myself. I think the price of $13 is a great value for the ring. As I said, definitely recommend.

Bought as a gift for my girlfriend who has anxiety and picks her skin on her fingers.. this style of ring helps so much. She picks way less. Almost stopped completely with the help of these rings.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s a ring and also a fidget! I love the creative concept of a phrase in Morse code on a ring . I’ve been wearing this a while, and it has not tarnished. It would make a great gift, too! :-)

It is a nice ring and it does help with nails picking, but I wouldn't recommend this one. I bought another one from that same seller that it just as good for anxiety but does not get snatched in your clothes. Mine got stuck in clothes when doing laundry and totally lost its shape. I won't be wearing it again so this is pretty much money down the drain.
