Amazing, great gift for those hard to buy for. Our bathrooms have heated floors, heated toilet seats and now heated towels!

Pros:Gets hot FAST.Bigger than the one I just replaced (that one died).Nice lid, easy to vent for cooling. The one would fall back into place so we had to remove completely to cool.Thanks for the free bath puffs!Cons:Cord isn’t long enough had to use extension cord.Not comfortable with the 2/4 hour timer. 15/30/45/1 was on my last towel heater which I think 1 hour is pushing it. 2/4 hours is really long which makes it dangerous in my opinion. It gets really hot and I haven’t gone past 30 yet so hopefully it cools down if towels stay in longer.This just arrived yesterday so I hope it lasts longer than my last one which died a few weeks after its 1 year warranty ended.

I bought this for my mom for Mother’s Day! It works really well, has a surprisingly large capacity, and is so easy to use! It’s a great gift at a great price point!

Doesn’t get as warmAs I thought but gets the job done

I purchased this a few months ago and love it! I now live in a colder state and love having a warm towel after the shower. It is very easy to use and definitely gives you a warm towel. I also love the size as it is not too big and fits perfectly next to my shower.

I love this towel and bathrobe warmer! A touch of luxury we all deserve ! I liked this so much, I purchased a second one for my guest bathroom. Heavenly !

Great for when it's cold and get out of the shower/bath also if you just want a warm blanket or clothes

CHeap, but you get what you pay for. Otherwise it is inadequate, heating towels only slightly, and stupidly designed. Who heats towels 1 hour, let alone 2 or 4?The best thing about this was the price. But the heat is barely warm enough. Our old unit (different maker) made the towels much warmer, but died after 8 years of nightly use. Neither this one nor the old on gave a ghoice of temperature control, so I can't understand why Amazon wanted us to rate that aspect. The time control on this one is just plain silly. It gives thoices of a half hour (default), or one, two, or four hours. The default can either be switched on (what for?) or the 30-minute light comes on at 25 minutes. Our old unit was sensible at 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. All we ever used was 15 minutes. Who heats towels for four hours? Also, you could turn the old one off anytime by pressing the power button. This one's manual says you can do the same, but you cannot. You must unplug it in order to turn it off. Living in New England, having warmed towels in wintertime is a pleasure. This inexpensive product does the job, but only barely. I'd give a grade of "C". Perhaps the real problem is the too high price of similar units.It arrived with four free loofahs packaged as a gift, which was nice. The gift card explained that there was a compartment in the lid for aromatherapy wafers. But how do you get them and what do they cost? We really don't care. The lid also had ridiculous spring-loaded tabs for a child protection lock. That lock is so simple, requiring about a 1-inch or less twist of the lid that if it works against your child you'd be well advised to have the kid evaluated.
