Functional. Comfortable. Easy to clean. Easy to put on and off. I wear for travel as it provides support to muscles that were injured by multiple surgeries to my neck. I like that there are openings for air flow. The velcro lasts a very long time. I find that it lasts longer if I remove it from the car as sometimes the hot summer temperatures in my car make the glue not work after a while. This was a very affordable alternative for me to purchasing from the medical supply store that I had previously. I was measured by a physical therapist so that helped with selecting the size.

If I need one, I need one and it came quicker than one the doctor was going to order and it came to my house and it was way less money. Holds my head on a good angle and can be tightened so much I can't move my head at all and it lifts my heads weight so the C2 fracture can heal without pain. I wear it very little now as it did it's job and I can get along without it. If you need one this ones just fine, and comes quick. Follow doctors directions. I found not to drive with it on. Police may stop. If you can't look around. don't drive a car. I was good enough after week and that I could drive with it off, avoiding bumps and quick movements. Put it right back on once home. doctor said not to wear it more than 5 hours. So I did 5 hours twice a day with 3 hours off in the middle. didn't try to lay down with it on, used pillows and rolled up blankets in bed. If you need one, this is fine and way less expensive than others. works fine.

I was able to get this brace on twice with assistance from my wife and it did provide some relief, but the feeling of strangulation was too much to bear so I returned it. Giving 4 stars because I think the product is good if you have a smaller/normal neck, but it really needs just a little more flexibility in the sizes to accommodate us all.
