I thought I was missing a divider as well, but turns out I was putting it together wrong hahaha! If in fact you are missing a divider, just go to Amazon returns and exchange the whole thing for another. I love this shoe organizer!

What size shoe does it fit?

I wear 10. Sneakers and some larger heels take up 1 shoe each slot. Flats I double up into 1 slot, so it evens out to enough room for all of them.
