I bought these specifically to make a recipe from a Japanese show called The Full-Time Wife Escapist (Netflix) - 逃げるは恥だが役に立つ. The noodles have a lovely taste and texture. I will buy again.

Received Broken
Fantastic chasoba, unfortunately mine arrived Broken.

Terrible
I do not know whether this soba noodle was broken into pieces before the dispatch or during the delivery. Shattered soba is no longer Japanese food, which we like. We are very disappointed.
