Could anyone tell me how wide one of the wings is, as needed for use on chair, and wings need to go over the chair arms

I've just measured one, the wing measures approximately 18 inches or 45and a half cms. Hope this helps.

Are the wings plastic on the top? Or do the wings have a fabric topsheet on top of the plastic bottom layer?

The wings on the Tena bed plus wings are material and are not waterproof -only the blue/pink area is waterproof and they are fantastic

I purchased these not for the bed but to put over the carpet because my dog is unwell and puppy pads are so expensive and so tiny. They are very good and have got more on order. Even the wings are good for absorbing to give extra protection.

These stay put!

Fit the width of a single bed perfectly. The larger size is more than adequate and the pad doesn't slip. Yet to try absorbency.

Really absorbent big bed pads

These are slightly smaller and usually more expensive than other XL bed pads. But they do seem to be more absorbent and comfortable for the user. I have tried others for my mother but keep coming back to these especially when the price is lower.
