Our kitchen faucet has been leaking from the sprayer hose which is through the countertop. We went to one of the big box stores to look for a replacement. We were looking at one that is identical to this one but about 6x the cost. The one we decided on was not in stock so we just went home. I got online just to explore other options and came across this one. So glad I did! When I saw the price I was skeptical. So I read the specifications half a dozen times looking for something that would tell why the price was low. I could not find anything that said "don't buy". It arrived today. Looks and feels just like the high price one we saw at the store. Comes with everything needed to install. Now if the spray hose decides to leak it will be over the sink and not on the countertop. If you are looking for a kitchen faucet don't hesitate to buy this one if it the style you are looking for.

I was extremely hesitant on purchasing this product, especially since the cost was so low. BUT...SO GLAD I DID!! I use this faucet as a replacement when I flip apartments to modernize the kitchen. Of course, all items I purchase have to be cost effective however, without a doubt this faucet sets the kitchen off. What a great look if you are after the farmhouse theme.

Old saying "you get what you pay for", for this product is true. Bought to replace touchless faucet which stopped working as touchless. Immediately out of box this faucet felt low quality made.But for price I installed. First day of use faucet became detached from sink when using pull down sprayer. I took out sink and reattached faucet. 2nd day of use faucet became loose again from sink by just using pull down sprayer. Parts are just poorly made, thin metal, and not durable. After a second tightening of faucet to sink, it loosened again. Then also on second day touchless sensor stopped working. On third day faucet STOPPED WORKING ALL TO GETHER!🤬NO WATER AT ALL!🤬This faucet is JUNK!!!!!DO NOT BUY! Returning, NOT RECOMMEND.

It’s very easy to install, WOULD GIVE 5 STARS AND I like it a lot except for the motion scanner, DO NOT TOUCH IT SIMPLY WAVE HAND IF YOU TOUCH IT THE SCANNER WILL FALL INSIDE THE FAUCET!!!!! THEY need to secure / super glue it.

I love it! The black finish is smooth and perfectly updates my kitchen! The hose nozzle is so convenient too!

Looks nice. You don't realize how cheap until you touch.But alas our hard water broke it less than a month in.

However, I am now facing an issue with it.Approximately ten days after a plumber installed it for me, I noticed that the body of the faucet has become loose. Concerned about this, I contacted the plumber again, and after a thorough inspection, he pointed out a manufacturing defect located at the bottom of the faucet's body.Specifically, there seems to be an issue with the threaded steel ring at the base of the faucet, which appears to have a weak thread. This issue has resulted in the faucet becoming loose, and I am unable to use it properly.I kindly request that you arrange for a replacement of the faucet to address this issue.
