I was skeptical at first but I googled how long should I wait before I did have about a week of diarrhea at first but it literally cleared up in a week. And the reason for this is because it takes your tummy a minute to adjust to the probiotics. I will say I have been taking for 2 months now I feel less bloated and better digestion. The value for the money 100% good, pill is easy to swallow, there is no taste. Energy level is better and effectiveness once you get past the first initial week is on point.
