I think a picture is worth a thousand words and I attached one here.I was pleasantly surprised to receive the gloves not just alone but as a whole kit!I got gloves and detachable wristbands to keep the gloves secure and a mesh bag to keep all of this as well as a very good quality and sturdy headband that I love!Everything fit well and is comfortable to use. The wristbands especially help keep the gloves in place and it particularly helps me as my size really is extra small so the bands help keep the gloves taut as I got the size small and that was the smallest they had available.I wear the gloves while doing weights and highly recommend these.
