best oil quality. for performance they work well and it's a viable option. for the value it is convenient especially for transmission oil as it was the perfect amount for my 1993 sc300 manual transmission.

Good quality oil for my gearbox and rearend
I use Royal Purple Max Gear 75W-90 in both my AX15 manual transmission as it's "yellow-metal" safe for the bushings, and my Chrysler 8.25 rear end as this is an acceptable weight oil for it. Never had any problems with my transmission and since I'm rebuilding my rear-end I decided to spring for the quality stuff. Would recommend

Been using Royal Purple for years. Great product, great seller. Fast shipping, packaged well. Changed my gear oil, which had Royal Purple prior last changed in 2018. Today in 2025 the gear oil came out looking super clear and still purple. 💪 2002 Mazda Protege5
