These work so well for me. I don't notice side effects but I always take with food. I bought them to help with PCOS.

From time to time I quit taking a supplement to see if I can tell a difference. After just a short time without it, my knees started hurting again. I started on it after about three weeks without anything. All my pains returned and the other parts of my joint problems started back up little by little over the course of about three weeks. Going back on the Inositoal and Glucosamine and MDM my pains are back under control. I am so glad that I read the article recommending taking the products at least two hours apart, as they give me much greater relief and at a batter price that the "all-in-one" products.
