Excellent Customer Service
We purchased a 14-inch bike for our 3-year-old grandson. The bike is well built and heavy duty. We had an issue with the assembly, which would overall be simple under most circumstances. Our experience with the customer service folks, especially a kind gentleman named Akash, was excellent. Our concerns were addressed promptly and there was a satisfactory outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another bike from this company.

Great Bike
I had my grandson who was turning 5 watch the video prior to taking him to the park to ride. He had played on a balance bike in his yard but never a pedal bike. He got on the bike and started off on his own. He said, 'I can't believe I'm doing it'. The bike is sturdy and the perfect size for him. It was so rewarding to see the smile on his face. Thank You.

Defects make it impossible to assemble
As many other have stated the fork was too narrow to install the front wheel. I was able remedy this but the wedge nut would not fit in the fork to allow it to be secured to the handlebars. Instructions were beyond useless and were written for many different models and did not give enough info for someone to assemble unless they were very familiar with bikes and mechanical assembly and at that point they wouldn't be using them anyway. I dont give feedback very often but this time I had to warn others to avoid this and seek other options.

It's perfect
The only problem is my nephew grew a foot during the summer. But, he loves his bike. Re-adjusted the seat & handlebars & he's having a blast learning to ride his bike!
