the add-on that takes this earpiece from great to perfect. the part that locks in to the earpiece is exactly the same as the OEM earbuds that come with the device. clicks in securely, and the part that goes in your ear is very comfy

EXCELLENT! I'm thankful that these pieces are still available for my Plantronics headsets - these pieces do wear out. And when they do there's no way I know of for home remedy so thankfully I can keep going with my headset with these

These twist into the earpiece easily and stay put. They are...fine. Nothing special. They work. They're not miraculous, but they're solidly effective. Exactly what it says on the tin.

The only way my work headset is bearable. I have small ears and this helps so the earpiece can actually fit and sit comfortably for hours in my ear!

They fit my headset perfectly, but didn't improve the design flaw of falling out of my ear that happened with the OEM earbud. The "tube" on the earpiece needed to be longer and there was another Amazon choice that solved it. No fault of these earbuds which were soft and super comfy, they are just not the optimal solution for my headset.

Highly recommend! I have been using these for over 10 years on my Plantronics 5200's & they are the most comfortable fit & sensor sensing

Too short to go in your ear

These are amazing! I'm annoyed that I didn't think to look for a replacement sooner for the stock ear tips that come with this headset. I have been using it for 2 years, and it worked, but always felt loose. They finally broke which drove me to searching for a replacement.

Overall, the quality of the product is good however, the actual performance of fitting in ear is not satisfactory.
