I did not like the taste, for me. I didn't feel much difference for a pre workout.

I felt compelled to review this product because it has been "spot on" in all of it's claims.(FAT- BURNING, ENERGY BOOSTING,APPERTITE SUPPRESSING, MOOD ENHANCING) I began using Body Effects after a friend recommended it, this was approximately 6 mos ago. The results have been amazing! I have lost 8 inches off my abdomen, and it has "jump started" my workouts, and taken them to a new level. I TRULY ENJOY WORKING OUT! (I was obese for 30 years. I never thought I would utter those words) I completed weight- loss surgery 18 months ago and have lost 105 lbs. That being said...I am a 'work in progress' I have approx 50 more pounds until I reach my goal. I MUST exercise everyday. 30 mins .minimum. Using Body Effects gives my energy level, and mood, that added boost. I find I have more energy to put my ALL into my workout time, and I enjoy a sense of "well-being"( Perhaps this feeling of well-being can be attributed to the exercise alone but when I have not used the Body Effects there is something missing) I use the product twice a day as directed. What I like is that I feel ENERGIZED but not JITTERY. If you are looking for a product to assist with your weight loss/management/maintenance or just take your workout "up a notch" I feel this is "the ticket" All the flavors are good. I used to weigh 300 pounds. I'm not going to say that this product melted all of the weight away but when it came time to really shred to some pounds for events, it consistently came through. I still currently used Body effects for photo/video shoots, competition prep, events, or just to get rid of some holiday weight. I love it and have been incorporating Effects into my regiment on and off for the last 4 years.One things i can advise everyone is paying attention to supplement company researching and reformulating products. Big companies tend to reformulate a lot. Power Performance is very good at sticking to the ingredients and leaving it alone because it works and it is consistent.give it a try and really make use of it with a balanced diet and exercise program, you'll see results.

I love this product. It's not for the faint of heart. It will make you super energetic and hyper. I always feel like I can do more, better, faster, stronger with this. I recommend it to people all the time. I've been using it for about 4 years. I only like the fruit punch flavor though. Some of the other ones taste very vitamin like and are hard to drink. This doesn't make me shaky but I know when I'm using it. I find that any workout out I do I sweat more and it feels more intense. You have to mix it with super cold water and shake it vigorously immediately or it will clump. You also can't let it get old or it will clump. Great product. Very happy with it.
