It is a light weight non sticky gel. It made my hair quite presentable and soft. It definitely tames the frizz. Go for it.

This is the best curl gel I have ever used--and I've used plenty of them. I've recommended this to many of my curly girlfriends, and they all agree--it is wonderful. Beautiful, defined curls even after sleeping on them! Lightweight and easy to use. I use it as a refresher on days 2 and 3, while my hair is still damp from the shower as well as on shampoo days. No buildup, no flaking, and no silicones. Great stuff!

So far I have found this the best scrunching gel for my hair. It has a strong hold and leaves a good hair cast without any residue. Once my hair is fully dry I scrunch out my crunchy hair and break the cast and my curls still hold in place. The only down side to this product is the price. I have very thick and relatively long hair and require quite a bit of product and this is starting to work out too expensive for how often I'm needing to buy it. Unfortunately I am now having to experiment with other gels.
