Wow! This lamp is gorgeous! I'm really impressed with the quality, the base is super heavy and the metal the arms are made of seem really strong. It does lean a little, I feel like if it were disturbed, it might have a tendency to fall. But really, it's a lamp. I don't know any other lamp that wouldn't fall if disturbed. This fits perfect in my space and falls exactly where I need it to to work at my desk. I like how the shade pivots though I probably won't need to use that feature. Assembly was easy, you just have to make sure you switch out the screws like the directions say. A few of the pieces you won't end up using so make sure to at least glance over the directions to understand you'll have pieces leftover. I was surprised that it came with a light bulb which is an LED which is all I use in my house anyways. Plus, it's a bright white bulb, perfect for studying! The only thing I have to complain about is the base. It is made out of a plaster-type material, assuming for the weight. Unfortunately, plaster is very chalky and has a tendency to flake off. I will probably get a 2'x2' tile for it to sit on so it doesn't flake off onto my floor. I may even spray clear coat just the underside of the base to help the integrity of the plaster. All in all, super happy with my purchase! So far so good.

This floor lamp is very well made, very well designed, finished beautifully and looks totally amazing. The marble base is very heavy helping keep the lamp very secure. Although it took only 20 minutes to assemble, you will need 2 people to put it together because of its size. The lamps very, very sturdy. And yes, you have to carefully read the instructions on how to assemble. Comes with everything you need to assemble it. It's tall enough to stand up and not bang your head on it and the LED bulb is bright for reading. I would recommend buying one to anyone without reservation.

Cool lamp and easy to assemble. Wish there was a dimmer included due to the price. Very stable and the brightness is perfect for reading.

I love Brightech lamps, I have two others that I bought years ago that are still going strong. Very stylish and super affordable. My one problem with this lamp is that the bulb is always in your eyes. It's like the eye of Sauron, you can't escape it no matter what angle you have it or where you are in the room. I wish they had some kind of plastic diffuser cover to soften the brightness of the bulb threatening to burn your retina. I made a makeshift cover using some parchment paper and taping it on like some feat of redneck engineering. It works for now but I'll have to get more creative. 4/5 stars.

I love this lamp! The quality and sturdiness of the base is amazing for the price. I have gotten so many compliments on the lamp and it’s such a nice accent piece. It was very easy to put together and I added an Amazon smart bulb to be able to dim/change the light color. I highly recommend!

I am so glad that I took the time to wait, research, and ultimately purchase this arch lamp! The shade of gold is perfect—an antique gold that strikes the right balance between bright and dull. The matte finish is exactly what I wanted. The installation was fairly straightforward, but I would advise being cautious with the cord and how you connect the post, as it can twist the cord in the wrong direction. Additionally, it's best to connect the pieces on a soft surface to avoid any damage. The heavy marble base is ideal in both weight and size. It fits perfectly in my living room, especially since I have high ceilings. I initially worried that the arch might be too high, but it turned out to be just right. To me, this lamp was well worth the investment. I also ordered a GE smart bulb, allowing us to dim the light as needed. It was the best purchase ever!

I love this arc lamp! It is very sturdy with the marble base and the gold color is perfect. It is not too shiny. It was a little challenging putting it together because it’s tall but I managed fine by myself. Great quality and look.

We are very pleased with the look and value of this lamp. I am super picky and was concerned after searching/reading reviews from various styles and brands. My suggestion is to make sure you check the weight before purchasing as they seem to range from 20 lbs to 45 lbs (or so). This one is sturdy and looks great. Highly recommend!

I love this retro style floor lamp! The shape, size and height are perfect for my studio apartment. It arrived well packed, with a warranty card. The quality is superb, especially for this price. It looks like a high end item.
