Q: I have never seen a 3 x large gown with a 26" bust/chest. this does not seem right. i thought a size body was 36", 24", 36". am i wrong?

It’s a loose fit gown meant to be used by bed bound patients. It’s easy to put on and off. I bought small for my 92 year old grandma who is also tiny and petite, it was loose on her, just the way we wanted. I bought 2 when she fell ill in India. The material was comfortable. It’s been about 7-8 months now, still going strong. Still one of her favorite gowns she wears.

Q: could it be worn to snap in front as that is where I'll need access?

Yes, but we would have liked the tied gown better!

Q: Do these zip at the shoulder?

No zipper. Two snaps on each shoulder.
