Vitacost Fo-Ti Root - 1,220 mg per Serving - 100 Capsules

I take these because I was starting to have a lot of hair falling out. This is active ingredient ingredient in other more expensive products, but does the same thing at a fraction of the price, and without a lot of added things. Please note it may take a few months before you notice a difference but I have been using this for several years and the hair loss has stopped.

Fi Ti is supposed to be a health supplement, primarily an anti-oxident, but also has rejuvenative & energy boosting qualities. Yet this product comes a label stating "WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm." This product is NOT purely Fo Ti, but also contains various chemicals. And for vegans and vegetarians, it should be noted that it also contains gelatin and cellulose. I would return the product, but the $$$ return isn't worth the effort. Seems there's a reason why it comes so cheap.Never been motivated to write a bad product review here before... but here ya are.

It has brought back the natural color of my hair if didn't work at the time of one bottle at actually took three bottles 2 capsules a day. However it does work it just takes a while. I am very pleased with the results it is my natural hair color I throw the hair dye in the trash after you have used it for 3 to 4 months. You understand though you do have to continue to use it it's just more convenient in the long run you have to worry about getting hair dye on things that you don't want to. It's comprable and the cost of the die. People ask you are you dying your hair and you can also say no I don't dye my hair nice we all say that and know that it's really true. If you miss a day it's not going to cause your hair color to go away. It doesn't smell bad like some hair dyes do we don't have to worry about it getting in your eyes and possibly blinding you. If you're getting the powder from the capsule in your eyes the way then you're not taking it the right way.

This supplement is one of my favorites, it makes me feel lively, and rejuvenated. Compared to he shou wu extract, it's not as strong, but after a weeks time of consistent regiment in the diet, it's definitely a noticeable attribute to feeling motivated and inspired to conduct one's day in a more efficient manner. I'm certainly not a credible scientist, but upon the empirical observations of my own usage of this assisting supplement, it definitely helps bring a more rejuvenating and fulfilling sensation to the vessel containing the ole essence.

Great punch in a little package. I had read about the benefits of the Fo-Ti Root and wish I started using it in my early forties instead of 47 now. But as they say better late than never. This is a great product and would recommend it to anyone to seeks a healthier life style.
