Q: We ordered the switch from Amazon and the controller from Franke. Where do you get the tube that is needed to connect them?

At Home Depot, there's a red fuel line tubing in plumbing, along with all the other tubing, that is the correct size. I don't recall the size but it plus or minus 1/4" inside diameter. If you go to the bay with the tubing, it should be all the way to right, and comes in like a 5 or 10 foot length as I recall.

Yes, this Franke Air Switch can most definitely be used with a different brand disposer. We have it connected to an InSinkErator Evolution Compact ¾ HP Household Garbage Disposal via the Franke WD9088 Plug-in Waste Disposer/Disposal Controller for use with Air Switch. It has worked flawlessly and I definitely would recommend it.

Q: Can we used with a different controller?

It will work with anything that operates via a air switch.

Q: How can I find an Installation Guide fro this item?

I don’t know. Would assume it comes in box. We used an electrician to install
