I read up on this - this is a type of B vitamin that is us all sold as thiamine but this formula is apparently better absorbed. As someone who does suffer from intense tiredness I have found that this is a bit of a boost and wouldn’t take of an evening as I don’t think you would sleep! As an aside, I believe it’s best supplemented with a full spectrum Vit B complex. Time Health are a really good brand for their commitment to unadulterated formulas (no fillers) and I think they offer good value for money. Size wise, they’re little and easily swallowed (no smell) and definitely boost my energy levels
