This is the 3rd day I have been using this supplement. Im 28 years old and injured my back about 10 years ago. Ive been dealing with reoccurring back injuries since then. As a result I have had extremely tight muscles, and what my doctor suspects is an overactive sympathetic nervous system or "SNS" due to constant pain and fear of injury. Associated with that have been ADD symptoms, brain fog, high cortisol, low testosterone, extremely low muscle awareness, muscle stiffness, depression, shallow breathing. I definitely notice a difference when I take the ttfd-b1 vs when I don't. It keeps me going if you know what I mean, and it helps me focus.
