I never take the time to leave reviews on products, but it was politely asked at the end of the book so I felt obligated.I'm a new grad PT who unfortunately did not get a pediatric rotation during my time as a student. So when I started as a pediatric PT in August 2021, I felt way out of my league and trying to learn all that I could.Picking up this book has helped me to confirm some of what I wrote was good and benefitting my patients, but it also helped me to realize the areas where I need to keep working on my documentation skills.Suffice to say, this book will be at my side for a few years until I confidently have documentation down for all situations. This book is the new go-to guide for pediatric PT documentation! It is easy to read with very organized for anyone in the field of physical therapy. I most love all of the great examples and writing prompts across the multiple pediatric age groups for SOAP note sections, billing codes, evaluations, discharges, and letters of medical necessity. With the many styles of writing pediatric documentation, this guide provides the necessary components that you do not want to forget in your notes. It is the perfect size to throw in your workbag or purse. I highly recommend for all clinicians but especially the SPT and new grad. I hope you enjoy as much as I am!
