No, this application will not fit with a Rambox.

What does "no ram box"mean?

Rambox refers to the cargo compartments in the truck bed area on both sides of 6th generation dodge ram.

I installed the cover according to the manual but Why won't it lock down?

This may be because the locks on the side rails are not in the correct position. You can adjust the position of the lock forward or backward through the adjuster.

Can you close the tail without unlocking cover?

If you close the cover and then the tailgate, the seal will be closed into the tailgate so you can open and close the tailgate without opening the cover.
