I have previously used the capsules and was under the impression the powder would have similar results. Well. The powder works very well. Maybe too well? It was a slightly emergency situation when it worked but I felt very cleared out after. So 5/5 🤣

I've used this product for years off and on as I have done while body cleanses. A little goes a long way. I take it before bed so I have all night for it to work through and then eliminate it all first thing in the morning. It takes 8- 12 hours to work so, keep that in mind when you dose up. I don't take the full recommended dose. I start out with half a tsp and work up to a tsp mixed in water or orange juice. I also make sure I take magnesium in case there are any blockages that might lead to cramping or other side effects.

It is good but the only things is that it gripes my stomach and is a slow process

I liked doing the cleanse definitely felt a difference and will be doing it again! Of course the flavor or taste is a lil to much but it’s all worth it for healthy reasons
