Q: Does anybody have any real health benefits from this product?

I get bronchitis sometimes 3 or 4 times a season. I have acute asthma with bronchitis. In the 2018-2019 cold and flu season I was on 4 rounds of antibiotics and 4 rounds is steroids. This season I haven't been sick, not once. Even if I feel a little something trying to settle in my chest I take an extra dose and that feeling is gone by morning. I take one teaspoon a day with 1000mg of vitamen C (EmergenC is my preference for taste). I'm not a believer in much but I am a believer in Black Seed oil. It has literally changed my life for the better. My lungs feel so much stronger. I hope this helps.

I have been using this product consistently for 7 months now resulting in lowered cholesterol and blood pressure. I started with one dosage in the morning but now have increase to a 2nd dosage a bedtime. I go back to my doctor in August and will see if the 2nd dosage was beneficial. I am watching my diet and drinking 78 oz of water. I want to avoid cholesterol medication right now.
