Product works OK, I have fairly dark, thick hair, I do need to leave it on for longer than the initial 5 minutes. I've done a couple of treatments to get the desired effect, for the price it's not too bad.

Works well on thin hairs, thick, stubborn hairs not so much!
This product worked well on thin, fine hairs, but it didn’t work on the thicker, more stubborn hairs, even when left on for the maximum 15 minutes.

Terrible buy
This must be old stock as the expiry date is next month, which is useless. The creams do not have foil tops so could have been tampered with and so are unsafe to use. Don't buy.

Suitable for sensitive skin
If like me you find the ‘other famous bleaching brand’ harsh then this is for you. Easy mixing and application which feels very smooth on the skin. The darker or coarser the hair the longer it will take to work so patience is required. Highly recommended this product.

Really pleased with this although it can take 20 to 25 mins to work fully on very dark hair.
