I used this in the past when I was surprised by high numbers. It brought them down to acceptable levels and I stopped taking them. My diet etc. is excellent, so we decided that it may have been due to stress. Recent labs showed numbers are climbing, it may be hereditary. I will continue to take them and hopefully avoid statins. Feel great, haven't tested my chlorestero, but feel much better, with more energy.

Didn't help my numbers so I had to go on Cholesterol medicine due to high Cholesterol. As far as taste there was no after affect and the pill size was doable.

I am very pleased with the 2 products i recieved. The supplements showed little or no side effects
