I used these for hangover gift packs for Vegas. It’s my fault for not reading it correctly, but they are not individually packaged. They come in multiple sheets, so I didn’t get to put one in each bag like I thought I would be able to. I just had everyone share the sheets once they opened them. We all used them and they stayed on. Some people who REALLY indulged claimed they definitely worked. I didn’t drink enough to know for sure. They were a fun party item to include in the hangover packs, though.

Look. If you’re past your prime, and like to get after it every now and again. But don’t want to feel like death the next day, this is an absolute must. I got pretty banged up, and I get hungover for days now. Had a patch on my side and woke up the next morning thinking “how bad is this” and I felt good enough to go to the gym the next day. Must have.

Nice novelty touch to my wedding welcome bags! Will say I did not get hungover, but my skin was a touch irritated/red when I took it off, but it faded quickly!

The recovery patch is fantastic! Because I am not an avid consumer of alcohol, it doesn't take much for my body to quickly feel the effects the next day, such as a lingering head and stomachache. As the instructions advised, I placed the recovery patch on a relatively hairless part of my body (I used my upper right arm); I wore the Recovery Patch for 4 hours, drank plenty of water during usage, took it off before I went to sleep, and woke up without the usual headache and ill stomach feeling. I loved it so much that I shared it with my friends and they loved it as well!
