We purchased this floating toilet with in-wall tank for a master room renovation and we are happy with the end result. It looks modern and is comfortable.

Easy install, looks really good, toilet seat removes easily to clean. It doesn’t flush well, takes two flushes to evacuate. Uses lots of water per flush. There are 2 wall buttons for number 1 and number 2, using the button for number 1 is worthless it puts in a tiny bit of water and doesn’t evacuate bowl at all, I understand this may be a flaw in all wall mount toilets.

One seeer connection pipe ended up being trimmed too short They want me to wait a month to checked their website to see if it came in from overseas. Should have bought a USA product 5 days I’ve been getting the run around until today DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

Sturdy and durable

I bought this because its easier to clean in-between Airbnb guests. I'm very satisfied now that it's been functioning well for at least 2 months. I'd love to buy more of these for the same price I paid for this specific model in March 2025, but it doesn't appear to be available anymore. Despite my satisfaction, I'm giving 3 stars because the very minimalistic instructions had me in tears at multiple stages of installation. The last tantrum erupted over assembling the flushing panel/mechanism. Ultimately, I watched countless you tube videos of competitor's product installation, always trying to gleen clues as to how to make sense of the rectangular box of nonsensical plastic objects. It makes no sense to me why a designer would want to put their customers through such an incredibly frustrating experience. The one official video produced by Deer Valley has no verbal cues whatsoever and you really just have to stumble through to get the damn thing installed. The model I purchased was deeply discounted... I guess because it wasn't a very popular color. I would never pay full price for this product, simply because the instructions were THAT terrible. I had hoped to pick up a second toilet at the same price. I felt I had earned this discount and wanted to capitalize on it after learning how to finally install it.
