Lensmate Thumb Grip for Fujifilm X-E3 - Black

This is an excellent product both in design and quality. I felt that something like this was essential for my small hands on my X-E3 which really needs a better grip for one-hand shooting. However, I later added a Meike hand grip bracket holder and found that I really do not need both. I eventually removed this thumb grip in favor of the grip bracket alone because this thumb grip does make for less ease of access to the rear command dial which I use a lot. It's the design of the camera, not the thumb grip that is the inconvenience here. Nevertheless if you prefer a thumb grip you cannot go wrong with this one.

This product is expensive, but it is very well crafted and obviously designed for the X-E3 camera. The thumb grip used with the Fujifilm MHG-XE3 Metal Hand Grip improves the handling of the X-E3 while still retaining the advantages of the small sized of the camera.

I have used the thumb grip on five Fuji cameras. It increases stability for one-handed shooting, provides more balance and control of the camera, and it never fails to perform. End result is better photos and fewer retakes. While expensive, it is worth the money if you use your camera often and plan to keep it for a long time.

These are fabulous grips, but way too expensive if imported. I have one for the X-E3 and one for the X-Pro2. They're the only ones with rubber inserts.

Smaller mirrorless cameras like the Fujifilm X series are hard to handle. A Thumb Grip is the answer. The thumb grip by Lensmate is sturdy and light weight, and is necessary with mirrorless camers. The cost is $59.95.

This Lensmate is very high quality thumb grip, though the quality isn’t necessarily obvious until you compare it to some of the cheaper alternatives. The Lensmate has very soft lines and a rubber rest right where it’s needed, features you will appreciate in use. U’ve used the Lensmate products on three different Fujifilm bodies and considering the cost of the camera body and whatever lens I may have attached, the extra cost of the Lensmate is worth paying for.

Every Fuji rangefinder style body I’ve had has had one of these Lensmate thumb grips on it. With the hand grip on the body as well it improves the handling of the body 100 percent. This one for the X-E3 is especially helpful because it keeps your thumb from accidentally pushing the Quick Menu button, which is newly placed on the raised thumb rest at the top right of the back of the body. I can’t emphasize strongly enough how the combination of the hand grip and the thumb grip improve the handling of the body.

Excellent quality and makes holding the camera very comfortable and stable. Highly recommended.
