Soft shackle is the way to go, it doent damage other car when Towing, and the sleeves helps protect the rope.

These are the first soft shackles I’ve owned. They seem sturdy and should work well for my purposes. Way lighter than steel shackles and quicker to attach/detach. And more useful- wrap them around a hitch frame or other hard point. Or daisy chain straps together without having to worry about something breaking and a steel shackle becoming a projectile.

Well made for the price. In the real world more money will not get you much better. This is based on visual inspection, have not pulled hard yet. Will up date if not good.

Turns out, finding a steel shackle that fits a 1-3/8" draw bar with 1-1/4 or 1-3/8" pin for the tractor is a feat worthy of Odin himself. This synthetic shackle fits, has pulled out 4 stumps so far, and doesn't appear to have any wear. As a 2-pack, I've got 1 on standby if the first ever does break, but only time will tell if that happens.

I use these shackles, paired with pulley rings to help me load and unload logs for my woodworking business. So simple, anyone can help me. I would buy more if I ever lose these things. However, bright colors help me make sure I know where all my gear is located.

Straps seem of excellent quality and a good value.

I will use them on my Wrangler with 4500lb winch.
