Light but rugged. Installation a breeze. Metal studs and large size give confidence & good traction when peddling hard off road & forgiving over bumpy terrain. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these as replacement for cheap plastic original pedals...changed my riding and also makes my bike look great...👍😎

Good grip on regular ‘skating shoes’, solid construction.

Sealed bearings have noticeable resistance not allowing the pedal to spin freely, though they will last longer

The pedals wont spin at hand. You try to spin it and it stops instantly.You can feel a lot of energy will be lost while riding.I paid nearly 40$ for that...

Ordered this to blend into my wife's black-red themed folding bike. I overlooked that there is no reflector but looking at the color it should be shinny enough. Aside from that, it looks great and solid, haven't tried it out for a spin though. I'll update this review if I see similar things described in other reviews. It'll just be used for light rides, around 2-3 times per month 70-100km per ride on mostly cemented roads with little uphill routes, should not be stressed too much.

May 16, 2022:After reading many reviews, both positive and negative, I decided to give these a try. I like that they are all metal and a simple design. I got black to match my bike and replace the worn plastic pedals that came with it.There was a small nick at the edge of one pedal, but otherwise, they were in good condition.They were labeled for Left and Right and easy to install with a 9/16" open end wrench. I checked that the threads were a match with the old pedals and that the bearing cap hex nuts were tight as some reviewers mentioned problems in those areas.They work well and the studs provide secure grip for my shoes/boots.If anything remarkable happens, I will update this review.May 17, 2023: The pedals have been in use for a year now and have been trouble-free.

Look nice and spin free. I've hit them in rock gardens and they've held up fine. The studs could be a little gripper, they slip a little when wet, so I'd sacrifice the shins and replace them with studs that aren't as smooth and round.

Great pedals with some good weight to them. The only thing I don't love is that the pins can easily scrape your legs if you are not careful.
