A good starter gummie
These were fine, they taste good but I've now moved onto gummies that have BCAAs as well as 5g of creatine

Very tasty!
It’s hard to say how effective these are as only been taking them a couple of months, but I am seeing a marked increase in muscle mass. However, that’s combined with heavy lifting and high protein - so I can’t pick these out in isolation. However, they taste great and muscle recovery time has reduced so I say they’re a winner in my book.

Effective and tasty gummies
These are the nicest flavored and textured gummies I have tried. They are not soapy or artificial tasting. The benefits with helping me regain muscle after a long term illness have been amazing especially with recovery times and energy. Would rate them as having high effectiveness. I find these much easier to take than mixing a powder with water. Suberb quality.

Subscription time
Good product but not really happy as I pay for a subscription and the new one is never here by the time I’ve finished the existing pot which makes taking creatine pointless as it’s a break in the cycle, if a member of the team can get hold of me somehow to resolve this that would be perfect.

Makes a creatine regime so much easier to stick to!
The taste is excellent, a nice firm jelly-like sweet with no aftertaste -and omg the difference it makes compared to trying to swallow sticks of chalk which is what it has felt like with creatine tablets, and also why I haven’t stuck to a regime before… until now! I’ve just finished my first consistent 30 days’ supply. I’m a female mid 40s and have just started to notice a few improvements in the last week, small shifts only but in the right direction! I felt as though I’d been stuck for this last year after suffering some health problems earlier on but this is giving me hope. I’m signed up to a subscription and can hope things only improve from here on by continuing the creatine supplementation. Great product
