Got this mount as part of my wife's birthday present for her echo show for the kitchen and it's been a hit (obviously the show itself is the hit but she really likes how the mount compliments the show). Installation was easy (as long as you have a a drill and everything needed) and it feels super sturdy I pulled probably the equivalent of 30-40lbs on it and it felt like a rock! I like the flexibility of it, the extra cable guides on it and really for the price you couldn't beat it. Also I saw someone mention that you can't take the unit off the bracket, I don't know why they said that, you can easily unscrew it. Oh the one thing I'd recommend is when you're going to mount the bracket to the swing arm have someone help you it's just tricky to line it up and get it screwed on by yourself. Anyways a solid option that does a good job!

The build quality of this mount is very nice! We were able to install this easily, and now, to my surprise, my husband is willing to help with the dishes in the kitchen because he can watch TV or play football games and talk to me. Super functional, I can move the echo around as needed, and it fits perfectly in the spot on my wall, where it looks seamless with the pictures I have hung up.

Terrible. One screw was bent and I had to find another. Adjustable screws at screen base don't stay in place in now the screen droops.

This mount is being used for our Echo Show 21 and it is perfect size to add flexibility when using this in our kitchen. The only improvement over what is supplied is I had to upgrade the wall anchors because what it comes with did not safely hold the weight of the Echo device (the anchors loosened up and started to come out of the wall after a few uses. Easy fix with better sheetrock grabbing anchors for less than $5 from the hardware store. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this mount.
