Unit works very well and is an attractive addition to our other appliances. Unit is now 6 months old and quit working.

The media could not be loaded. It’s so cute , but takes forever to make a bottle cold and for it to get cold itself … about 45-50 mins . I would use it more so to keep my wine cold instead of using it to chill my wine .

First I tried to use it to cool a can of sparkling water. 30 minutes later, the can was still at room temperature. A few days later, I tried it with a glass bottle and turned it on. An hour later the bottle still wasn’t cold. Not sure if it’s defective or not, but either way it’s useless.

Disappointed in this product. It doesn’t really get cold the bottle of wine is a right under room temperature. Never gets to the 45 degrees and noticed the battery packs are so hot you can’t touch them.

The hole on the device was not big enough to hold a champagne bottle other than that I really liked it.
