I did not realize what a quality product this would be . The soap is very soft on the skin . My rash on face is gone .

I bought based on the zinc presence, unsure about other therapeutic features. When I showed the box to my dermatologist, she gave a thumb's up, and said that her husband used it, too (!)For me, it does help soothe eczema areas.Note, keeping it in a "traveling" soap dish eventually reduces the bar to a slippery lump. If you can handle the lump, it is still effective, so no loss; just handle carefully.Also soothes tinea cruris, but is not in anyway a "cure".

Products such as this that contain pyrithione (pure-eh-TEA-own) zinc are highly effective at combating the effects of malassezia yeast such as redness and flaky skin. This may appear as dandruff when it affects the scalp but may also show up elsewhere that the yeast thrives (on oily skin). Many products intended to soothe the redness may actually feed the yeast. Everyone has malassezia yeast on their skin but it affects some people greater than others. Try this: wash with this soap and lather all over your face (ears into ear canals and scalp, if needed) and let rest for several minutes. Keep it wet. Rinse off and do NOT apply any other liquids, creams, or gels (not even those that say they treat seborrheic dermatitis and redness). I am a male and don’t use cosmetics but suggest you avoid them until you can experiment. Wash at least in the morning and evening. I used this product and another and had immediate results as in a couple of days my skin was clear (until I got lazy and thought I was “cured”). The condition returned after a while so now I use it and others almost daily. I use a shampoo containing selenium sulfide and wash my hair and face at the same time. Search the web for “how to treat malassezia yeast”.

This bar soap is the best! It is very comforting to the skin and does not make your face feel dry or tight. It’s a fantastic treatment for rosacea and mild enough for daily use but effective. I like the way it smells too. I love it!

It works OK I didn’t notice huge difference. It smells fine. Has a nice lather. It does not last very long.

Skin feels good after using soap

I’ve struggled with several dermatitis of the face beard and scalp for a long time. While I can control the scalp with the standard run of the mill shampoos, face and beard have been very difficult. I then purchased this product. Within three days most of the issues with my face and beard had resolved. By the fifth day of use my wife commented that my “beard snow“ wasn’t all over my dark colored sweatshirt. Prior to this, she used to walk up and brush it all off. I’m now down to every third day use for maintenance and it continues to control the issue. Highly recommend.
