Hi, can you connect these to the already existing sky cables to make them longer?

Yes you can, exactly what I did last year for one of my Sky HD boxes, very simple solution and no deterioration in picture quality.

Like one of the questions below, someone asked if this from wf100/ct100/h109/wc100 series or cheap rg6 (as we can see in the pictures)?

I don't know if anybody has responded. This is my understanding. RG6 is the old original coaxial cable also known as CATV (Cable TV). WF65 is also a coaxial cable but is thin and fairly flexible and there is some signal loss. CT63 is the Twin Satellite cable used for satellite disc. It can be single, as well. So the 3m White Twin Shotgun is CT63. Signal strength is 40% but the signal quality can be 90%. CT100 is better but expensive. I am using Twin Shotgun and the quality is very good. I hope it helps, although I can't be 100% sure.
