Salty taste with very little amount. Loaded with minerals.
This is really good salt. I cook with it, and season with it. Only takes a pinch . Has a small amt of NACL, but taste like you used a lot of salt.

I did an error in the rating. I did not receive the salt and that’s why I gave the review of one, but this was Amazon air it was not delivered to my house.

Best salt for wide variety of uses.
I used to buy this salt from someone who owned cows and she said it was great for the grass (within limits) the cows ate as it killed off the bad bugs in the grass. This same rancher stated that someone else bought the salt for their fruit forest. I bought it from the same rancher for my brackish water pond as a substitute for marine aquarium salts. This salt is not like the bulk sun dried salts as it mimics more closely marine salts with a lower NaCl content and more MG, CA, and trace minerals. Rancher said as it was OMRI certified she also used it as a cooking salt (try at your own risk).

Bag damaged and spilled- still best quality salt tho!
I was really excited to get this to start Darko Velcek’s Salt-Loading Plasma protocol for myself, but the bag was damaged and a lot of the salt came out. I still tried it and it tasted great, + made me feel very energized after taking. Yes, it says not safe for human consumption, but do your own research and you may come to the same conclusion as I. 5 stars for quality of salt 1 star for Amazon shipping
