I’m always looking for pain relief for my hemorrhoids so I bought this to try. This stuff really works! There’s no lidocaine in it but you’d never know it! It almost instantly takes away the pain! The only thing is the scent or odor is very strong and when I use it I feel like anyone who’s near me can smell it. And not a pleasant odor. So I will only use it when I’m at home.

This worked for me better than Preparation H and better than the medicine my doctor prescribed. It does have a strong smell, though, which could be off-putting for someone who is sensitive to smells. I didn't notice it after I had applied it, just when I opened the tube and for a few seconds afterwards.

Doesn’t work for me but no saying it wouldn’t work for someone else .Has a nice spell and does help some . Just depends on how bad they are.
