Broken and look like it was damaged before sendy

Pretty but broken
It appeared to be packaged securely, however when my Daughter opened it as part of her Mothers Day gift, one elephant was broken. She loved it & said no I don't have to send it back, I'll glue it. She did. I felt terrible. Now she has a cracked down one elephant.
