New enzymes for old
Pectolase goes stale, so it is advisable, I find, to start each winemaking season with a new batch. You don't want your strawberry wine tasting of brussels sprouts, do you!?

Probably good for making wine and juice
I use this to remove the pith from oranges because I want to make gem oranges section. Doesn't really work like the liquid pectinase I used to use

I've started to buy all my wine making ingredients in larger quantities,..and I'm so glad to find this seller..All others seem only to sell smaller amounts,..which turn out to cost a hell of a lot more in the long run..so do yourself a favour, and buy from here..
