Tastes Great, great for DOMS and IF compatible
After many sedentary years behind a desk to now doing Crossfit 3/4 times a week, initially, I had a real problem with post workout recovery and terrible DOMS. After trying a few BCAAs that tasted like hell on earth, Icon's product tastes really good and isn't filled with garbage. Also been helpful for intermittent fasting as "apparently" BCAAs and black coffee don't break your fast, so perfect for my early morning workouts and weight loss.
